"I first met Erick Meyenberg about eight years ago when I was working as the Superintendent on a large project in Pebble Beach. He was working as a welder for one of the local welding shops. I was very impressed by his knowledge, skill, and enthusiastic attitude, especially for someone as young as he was then. When I started my next project, a 34,000 sq. ft. home in Carmel, I knew I needed someone with lots of energy and a willingness to work long hard hours. He had to have expert knowledge of all aspects of construction and he had to be able to manage large numbers of workers . Erick filled all the requirements and then some.
We hired Erick as my Assistant Superintendent in September of 2005. He did a Great job. I would recommend Erick and his company to do any project big or small."

"Recently, my husband and I moved from a 4000' home on the golf course at Pebble Beach, to an 1100' apartment at the Park Lane, a senior retirement community in Monterey, Ca. The 45-year old apartment needed an upgrade, but we didn't know whom to engage as a contractor. So we spoke to the management at Park Lane and they recommended Eric Meyenberg of Bayview Construction. Within weeks, Eric had installed a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, new light fixtures, ceiling and floor moldings, window coverings, and paint. However, far beyond the actual remodel, Eric has great taste, guiding our choices with informed suggestions when we didn't know which way to turn.
My husband and I consider we are on a dry-land cruise, and enjoy the amenities of our new abode each day. We couldn't be happier with the results of the remodel. Thank you Eric for a job perfectly done."

"We are pleased to recommend Bayview Construction & Design, Inc. This company is listed in the Diamond Certified Directory and we contacted them based on the reviews of other satisfied customers. Owner Erick Meyenberg was extremely responsive and came to our home to discuss our needs immediately after our phone conversation. Erick is professional, conscientious, hard working and very customer service oriented.
Bayview recently completed a project installing glass panels around our deck. This involved removal of the existing railing, installation of stainless steel posts and tempered glass panels. The final results far exceeded our expectations and the project was completed for the price quoted. A rarity in construction."
